I am very pleased with the service of FAB bank. Every request went fast, personell is very attentive, digital system works good. Special thanks to Mr.Saad from Sheikh Zayed brunch, I could open an account and receive a loan pre-approval in a very short time. I had a great experience working with them so far.

I wanted to rate, a 0 out of 5 stars but 1 star was the lowest that I could go unfortunately. Dubai First has decided that it will not answer phone calls starting February 13, 2020. I have been trying to call in the past 5 days and all you will ever get is the \waiting music\... this is how they handle customers now: I have also tried sending an e-mail, and in this case, there is no possibility of them playing the music, so a no response on e-mail is their solution.

Most time wasting branch in dubai ,queue system is not working so you have to wait,and they have to decide when to call you. especially Mr SAAD (may be from eygpt from customer service) will make you too much wait if u r not arabic speaker or not a girl.and once it is ur turn he will go for some print out or coffee. He has the ability to type 1 word per minute and show u that he is very busy.

The tellers (particularly two gents) of the branch are the epitome of arrogance. I had been to this branch to deposit cash to e-dirham account. Amount was big and the denominations were like 500s and 200s, due to this they initially declined to accept the deposit. After I insisted, they accepted and made me wait for half an hour as if they're avenging for some wrong doing. I've stopped going to this branch and been wanting to write a review since long. So, FAB, please take note of it and train the tellers to be kind and welcoming.
